This is the Original of the two Japanese Cherry Tree paintings, started in September and ending in the following month. This painting features a pink Japanese cherry tree in the foreground. More trees cover the distance in front of a mountain. The sky is illustrated in a familiar style inspired by Van Gogh. The first of my paintings inspired by a post-impressionist style.
